| Sometimes an area has not been maintained for a long time. Or perhaps this area has never been maintained. In either case a lawn mower may not have the power to cut down the underbrush and tall grass. In this case a field and brush mower is used. Generically referred to as a "Bush Hog®", this equipment has one or more large, thick blades that can cut saplings up to several inches thick. |

the underbrush and tall grass has been cut down, a standard lawn mower
can be used.
